I offer a wide range of consultancy services based on over 20 years of experience as a top international Office Manager to multiple C-Suite executives at World Rugby. As part of the senior management team within World Rugby, I have significant International Business and Sports Administration experience. Recently, I have been appointed as an Independent Director on the board of Rugby League Ireland. My qualifications from the National College of Ireland in HR, along with over 15 years of experience, can add value to you and your company. I am a qualified Executive, Leadership, HR and Life Coach and a member of the EMCC through Kingstown College.  As a recognised mentor for Sport Ireland since early 2020 as part of their MPower Programme, my experience and skillset continuously assist many executives in Sport in Ireland.
